I'm unable to provide step by step instructions right here, you can deduce your own based on a couple of higher level ones though:

1. Run Bamboo on AWS - the Bamboo docs currently reference two options (see also the related question Any Bamboo Data center installation guide using AWS):

• Release 9.1 - Running Bamboo Data Center on a Kubernetes cluster
• Release 7.2 - Running a Bamboo server in AWS

2. Migrate Bamboo to AWS - the Bamboo docs provide two related guides (be sure to read them upfront so that you can consider modifications based on your approach to 1 above)_

• Moving Bamboo between machines
• Cloning a Bamboo instance
