How do I disable a deployment environment?

Beyond the obvious answers such as:

  1. disabling any triggers
  2. changing the permissions
  3. Putting in a task at the beginning that immediately fails

Is there a way to disable deployment environments in the same way that you can disable Plans, Jobs and Tasks?

I'm also interested. Did you find a solution for this?

alright! watching issue

I'm watching, too. I just change the name of the deploy script on the target machine, as I don't want to chance messing anything up in the sometimes precarious world of Atlassian's stuffware.

I deleted the plans which is a bit drastic.
