Export/Import DB from Linux to Windows Server

Is it possible to export the DB from a Linux server and then import it to a new Windows server?

Welcome to Atlassian community.

I believe you are talking about Bamboo Export and Import functionality. You should be able to export data from Bamboo running on Linux and Import to another Instance running on windows server.
