Error in Create Plan Branch

Hi!

We have an error in the Create Plan Branch, when we click on Create, one minute pass and the following message appears: "An unexpected error has occurred Not Found"

Can anyone help us?

There can be multiple reasons for this error, can you try to replicate this error and during the same time check <bamboo-home>logs>atlassian-bamboo.log file to see what exception is being throw?

Based on the exception we can try to understand the problem and the solution

The problem was solved after restarting the oracle database service and the systems (bamboo and bitbucket)

I searching for any logs who explains that error but i don't find anything..

Hi Cesar,

Once you reproduce the issue, you can check the logs from this location <bamboo-home>/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log with the particular plan key. Below is the logline that you can try to find and see if there are any associated errors:
