Error downloading 'SharpZipLib.1.1.0'

Hi,

I am getting error while deploying code.

Error downloading 'SharpZipLib.1.1.0' from 'https://proget.rxweb-tools.com/nuget/Default/package/SharpZipLib/1.1.0'.
Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Package Download Blocked).

Can you please help me to find the reason?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

We can't really help you with this.  Your Bamboo server or agent can't download from that site, which suggests a network error, but that could range from your Bamboo's server networking settings being wrong though to the provider of the download not serving any more.

You will need to go deeper into the error messages to find out where it is failing.
