Error add user in group

Hello.

When I try add member (user) to group an error has eccured:

"

Can't add users to group 'group name'. The user directory does not allow this operation.

Please try reloading the page.

".

Can you help me?

Hi @Aleksandra Maslennikova ,

The affected user directory does not have permission to perform the required tasks (e.g. creating, editing, and deleting a group/user, etc.

Hi,

probably you are using read-only user directory like AD. Is it right?
