Create Dependency button is not available under Artifacts tab

I am evaluating bamboo 5.2 , I was able to create the artifact definition for a task but I was not able to create dependency for that . I noticed there was no button "Create Dependency" under Artifacts tab. Can you please let me know what could be the reason for the same and how to resolve it ?

I found the problem. The artifact creation job and artifact download job should be in two different stages for the create dependency option to be enabled in artifacts tab
