No, better is to configure your plans / global expiry options.
I agree. We are in the situation, where we have disabled the build expiry for now. And disk space is filling up, May, I know what would the impact if I delete, apart from deleting the artifacts?

Yes, you can delete the files under this folder. Obviously, your artifacts will no longer be accessible.

Hi, is it safe to delete /artifacts/globalStorage. The globalStorage takes ~ 98% of storage space
