Bamboo cannot open msxml6.dll from C:\Windows\System32

Hi,
Im running a C++ bamboo build which imports msxml6.dll from C;\windows\System32 for which i get an error..
fatal error C1083: Cannot open type library file: 'msxml6.dll': No such file or directory
could you please help
