calling the external api and update the custom field

Edited

I have a requirement that after clicking on the create button, trigger or listener will be happened and it will fetch and read the data from the SAP API which is XML data and based on the xml response, update the custom field after creating the ticket.

Could you please help me in this scenario as it is urgent for me ?

Thank you.

You will need an app to do this for you, or enable you to write the required code to do it.

Have you got a tool for this yet?

Hi Nic,

Thank you for your reply.

Do you have some script listener code for demo to fetch the data and read it as XML response or Json response ?

It would be helpful if you could provide something.

Thanks.
