i know there is a way to automatically assign tickets in a balanced way to users. but what about a user is out of office or sick. how can i make sure jira is not assigning ticket to them?
Unfortunately, there is not easy way to do this. In our case, with the balanced way automation, we remove users from the list or group when they are away on vacation.
