Why can't I add triggers in the Jira workflow
EditedWe have Jira 8.13 installed and I cannot create a trigger to automatize the transition between states of Jira tickets. So my question is: Is there some settings I missed to add triggers in the Jira workflow?
I added a screenshot below where we see that there is no links to edit triggers, conditions or others in contrast to the documentation (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0813/configuring-workflow-triggers-1027138215.html):
