Who to set end date anda working hours

Is there a way to set the end date automatically, based on the tasks creation date? Furthermore, how to include only working hours in this logic?

Hi @Leandro Santos -

Sure, this could be done with something like this:

  • Trigger: When issue is created
  • Condition: Would this be for all issue types? All components? All projects? You would put those limits here
  • Action: Edit the issue
    • Update your End Date field to be the {{issue.created}} date plus however many days.
    • You would be using {{[date].plus[Unit]([number])}} function, which can use "BusinessDays (business days are considered to be Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)"
