Warnmeldung, Klonen und Verschieben

Ich arbeite in Jira Workmanagement in zwei Team managed Projekten.

Ich benötige im Ticket einen Button der folgende Aktionen auslöst und die konfiguration dieser Aktionen:

1. Warnmeldung: Bist du dir sicher, dass du das Ticket an die Entwickler übergeben willst (ja/nein)
   1. Bei Nein abbruch
   2. Bei ja -> weiter mit Schritt zwei bis 4
2. Änderung des Status in "Bereit für die Umsetzung"
3. Klonen des Tickets
4. Verschieben des Klons in ein anderes Projekt

Wie kann ich den Button und die Automation einreichten?

What is the purpose of asking the confirmation?  What problem is the team trying to solve?  Knowing that may help the community to offer better suggestions.

Next, I do not believe a button can be added to such projects to do what you ask.  And, I believe the possible workflow transition actions for team-managed projects are a bit limited at this time, and could not do what you asked: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/manage-transitions-in-team-managed-projects/

An alternative to using workflow would be adding a Manually Triggered automation rule, and that could prompt the person to answer questions / provide input.  However they would need to select the rule from the Actions dropdown field.
