Hey,
Im trying to build an automation that sends a list of open tasks from a page to Slack by schedule. Im getting the attached error, not sure how to proceed. Adding the automation itself as well. I tried to change the condition a few times to several options but no success.
Thanks for your help (I am working with Nofar).
We were able to send slack messages regarding incomplete tasks, but there is one major problem: we couldn't send incomplete tasks for a specific page.
Message sent to Slack with all the incomplete tasks in all the space.
Do you know how to resolve this issue?
Thanks!
Maybe narrowing down your CQL will do that.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

If you use the label on your CQL, of course it will check every page. If you want your tasks to be from a specific page, then add the ID = your_page_id

This is the only page with this label. :)
We tried also with ID

And that rule also notifies you for tasks from other pages?

@Eden Eliyahu what about the archive content (I see a check box on the image above). do you have any other page with the label test2 which is archived?
And what about the results you are getting? They are from which page? WHat is the label on that page? Did you at any point place the "test2" label on that page? You have to provide me with all the necessary details/screenshots.

@Alex Koxaras _Relational_ We also tried to do "if" with page ID and not labels, and the results are the same.
(The rule includes the incomplete tasks only)
attached:
1- The rule with the page id condition.
2- The slack message (5 tasks)
3- The confluence page (2 tasks)
Thanks again!

I've tested your rule and it works fine. I used another trigger to be honest just to test it. My initial thought would be if that page ID is from a page that is published. Is it published?

Thanks Alex!
The page is published.
I changed the trigger as well and got a different error, can you take a look?

Do you have on this specific page (CQL) any task? If yes, in what form?

Can you please share a screenshot of your tasks?
I have two tasks and sending messages to slack is just fine.
