Hi Community,
I have a question regarding the transition screen.
In automation I get the following error:
Transition issue
Unknown fields set during transition. Field may not be on transition screen. Fields ignored -
Assignee (assignee)
The strange thing is, I don't do anything with the assignee in this automation rule.
Any idea on how to find the screen it is referring to? In the Workflow, editing the transition I couldn't find i.

Can you please re-check your rule and share here if possible? Assignee might be set during transition operation in your rule.
Hi all,
A tat late but I think I found the cause.
The assignee was set twice. Once during the transition step and once after.
Setting a field during transition is only possible if it's on the screen I guess.
See the audit log.

I'll second @Tansu Akdeniz 's point. A Screenshot of your automation rule would be quite helpful here.
The error may occur due to multiple reasons, you can check if the automation is allowed to Transition your issue in the first place, if it is allowed then proceed to check the transition manually verifying if any screen is shown, if this works too, then you might want to debug the Workflow Validation and conditions too.
