Show all changed content on a page to a User since the last time he viewed it

Is there a way to show a viewer what has changed on a page since the last time he visited it?

Yes! at the top of every page you and your users can click this and see any changes. Screenshot 2023-08-28 at 1.43.31 PM.png

Is that in Confluence Server? We are in Cloud and I don't see the "No updates" indicator.
