Hi Sorry to hear about this problem, there was an incident at this time and it seems you were affected. We have a statuspage update about this specific 403 error over in https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/h1jyhhcpm5nt
At this time though, the incident has been marked as resolved.
I'm also having the same problem, it started yesterday, all of the sudden my API calls is now returning status 403.
When I test the same request on other resources, it works fine.

I'm facing the exactly same problem, starting today. Until last week, everything was working just fine. Making a request using postman/curl, the service works just fine.
The request seems to not reach my aws API, since the 4xx logs does not show up anything when I try to send web request via jira automation.
Have you found a solution?
