I have set reminder mail for approvers mentioned in all our internal tickets , but when I manually test with my ID it works. but when I set Approvers mail not sent
JQL:
project = XX AND "Support Level" = "Level 1" AND status = "Waiting for approval" AND status CHANGED TO "Waiting for approval" BEFORE -3d
here every 3 days once I have set it to send reminder mail

Please go to gear symbol --> Issues --> Custom Field --> Then type Approvers
See image below:
Click on the 3 dots --> Context and default value
Click Edit Default Value and check if you have any user as approver
If not, add the user and test the automation again.
Another option is to check in the workflow if the approvers field is linked in the approval

Do you have any idea about , once i set for automation to remind approvers, & at the same time ticket should commented like "reminder mail sent to approver", is it possible in same automation rule
