Need to automatically populate the budget tab in Jira with budgeting information entered in SAP?

We need to automatically populate the budget tab in Jira tickets with budgeting information entered in SAP.  

What we're looking for is to integrate SAP with Jira so that when financial data is entered into SAP against any WBS, the budget tab of the corresponding Jira ticket is automatically populated with the Total Actual and Remaining amounts.

I would appreciate advice on if this is possible.

Otherwise, if you can get a webhook to subscribe to changes in SAP, perhaps you could use Automation for Jira rules to make the updates.
