I created a form that automatically assigns to the LMS admin. The assignee field is not visible in the form. When the form creates a new issue, I want it to generate or make visible the field Assign to field so that the LMS admin forwards to someone else. How can I do this.

Please can you answer a few questions?
First, what kind of project is this? Is it team-managed or company-managed?
Is this a Jira business project? Or a Jira software project? Or a Jira Service Management project?
Generally speaking, when you create an issue, you can configure an issue type screen scheme to have different screens, with different fields, associated with different actions you can take with the issue.
So, you can have a create screen, which is quite limited and a view screen, which has more fields and finally the edit screen, which is typically somewhere in between where you can fill in more information than in the create screen, but you don't necessarily want people to be able to edit every field, so some are just visible in the view screen.
