Hello to everyone.
I have a connection issue between Jira datacenter and ServiceNow. I have this ServiceNow endpoint https://generixdev.service-now.com/api/now/import/u_imp_incident , From postman i can send data into a servicenow incident but when i create the automation rule in Jira Datacenter when i run the automation i have this response: Webhook request was sent, but timed out after 30 seconds on the remote host so the result is unknown (but most likely successful).
Have anybody an idea about this?
