Monthly Quarterly automation combination

I need an automation that creates an issue every month, however every 3 months the issue being created needs to have some additional quarterly information on it.

I can create an automation that runs every month.

I can create another than runs every 3 months.

However 4 times a year i will get a monthly issue alongside a quarterly one and I don't want that.

Is there a way to make an automation run Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec?

I thought about it more and saw an example where something runs on Mondays and Wednesdays and adapted it)

Run at 1am on the 1st of the month, every month (except for quarterly months)

0 0 1 1 'Jan, Feb, Apr, May, Jul, Aug, Oct, Nov' ?

Run at 1am on the first of the month every 3 months starting from January

0 0 1 1 1/3 ?

Does this seem sensible?
