has anyone applied the management of supplier and / or customer service contracts with Jira?
If so, how did you do it, did you use Assets or maybe Jira Software to integrate it with your ERP and customer service desk and necessary SLA's, that need to be considered?
I'd be very happy to learn from your experiences.

Yes, here we use Assets to store data about contracts, suppliers, etc. We are working in an integration with Netsuite ERP right now
That's great. Is your ERP delivering data to Assets? Do you have automation in place, that create service tickets in Jira?
What we want to achieve is, that the data of service contracts, which is transferred from ERP to Assets, are triggering Jira Service tickets e.g. for monthly service tasks on our customers side. Or to react on expiration dates etc.
