Jira Automation, New Action - If status xyz, Add Flag

Creating an automation workflow for our project. Need to be able to Add Flag based on an issue transitioning to a particular state. Is this available in the current version of automation in Jira? Thanks!

Yes! You can use automation to do so. It's available for both Cloud and Server platforms.
