I want to apply a rule based in a new comment in Jira Services Desk that will be copied to related issue in a Kanban at Jira Software. However, the rule is including also new comments between Jira Software/Jira Software.
We have a limitation of 1000 action automation per month due to our plan. So, I would like to reduce the interaction for this rule but there is no way to configure the tigger.
