Is there a way to share support documentation as the client files a ticket?

I would like to share a few conditions that we already have:

- We are using Jira Service Management to handle our tickets

- We have private ReadMe support documentation that requires an invitation from our end.

 

We are looking to have an integrated client-facing documentation suggestion system for our Jira Service Management. The idea is to have support documentation suggestions as customers are typing in on the ticket. We did try to integrate ReadMe+ for Jira but it failed because our support documentation is set to private (and we cannot make it public as well).

Is there anything else available for ReadMe documentation that I might have missed? Or is it even possible to integrate a private ReadMe to Jira Service Management?

We have also considered having something as a custom build just for us but not sure if this is possible. Are there any tips on where to look for any custom integrations?
