Is it possible to create custom action?

I want to create action, which will cherry-pick commits assigned to closed ticket to another branch in bitbucket. But I cannot find a way to create a custom action. Is it possible?

Thanks for your question.

Providing an API for 3rd parties to build their own custom actions through Forge is on our long term roadmap, although it's not available today. 

For now there are actions that allow creating of branches in Bitbucket, Github and Gitlab, but not for cherry-picking commits as you've described above.
