I want to send email notification to epic assignee if the assignee is missing in the task/subtask.

This is an example, there is an epic and each epic is having multiple tasks and subtasks. If the assignee is missing in the task/subtasks then I am trying to send an email notification to an epic assignee.
Test-EPIC-1(EPic)
- Test-Task-1(Parent Task-1)
- Test-Task-2(Parent Task-2)
- Test-SubTask-1(Sub-Task)
Test-EPIC-2(EPic)
- Test-Task-3(Parent Task-3)
- Test-Task-4(Parent Task-4)
- Test-SubTask-2(Sub-Task)
Even i couldn't find epic assignee details.

I could manage to send an issues list to epic assignee but received multiple emails with the same issues list. please check automation rule.
