We would like to have automation rule when a file is transferred from the Service Desk (Req) to an Epic.
What do we have today - a client opens a ticket in the Service desk, automation creating an epic with story and subtasks in Jira with all information from the ticket.
However, if the ticket includes files we are transferring them by "hand".
Expected behavior- we want this transfer to be a part of the automation scenario.
Please advise how can we do it?
