How to implement and automate OOO in jira project. Whoever is on leave how can we enable in our project to replicate to other while we assign any tickets to their queue.

I would tend to agree with what @Fabian Lim wrote that, even if you manage to create an automation to do this, it will be a workaround to something that JSM doesn't really do. I agree it's a better use of resource to buy an app that does this, which should also be more dependable / reliable.
