How to create automation to trigger in Squadcast?

I want to create an automation such that if a specific field is edited/updated in the Jira Service desk ticket, it should create an incident in Squadcast.
Any suggestions on how to do it?

Hi @Namrata Kumari -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am not using Squadcast, and that appears to be a marketplace addon for Jira.  Perhaps check with their documentation or support team to learn more about doing what you ask:

If the app has a REST API interface, perhaps an automation rule could call one of the functions using the Send Web Request action.  To learn more about calling a REST API function from a rule, please see this how-to article:
