How to clone comments in real time?

Hi, 

I clone issues from Jira Work Management to Jira Work Management and now I want to clone the comments added in both, in real time. 

How can I create the automation?

Hello @Andreina Blanco-Uribe 

You cannot clone comments, instead you have to Add comment to the other issue.

And, If you want these comments to be synced between each other, you need to have rules in both places/projects.

Typically such a rule looks like:

• Trigger = Issue commented
• Branch on Linked Issues = choose link type as "Clones" or "Cloned By" depending on your workflow..
• Add Action -> Comment on Issue and give smart value {{triggerissue.comment}}

You will implement similar rule in second project but do take care of your link type.
