Requirement is JIRA to create a ticket automatically and assign it when a *high priority* alert is received in slack message.

At this time Automation provided by Atlassian for Jira does not currently support triggering events from slack, currently it's only limited to messaging slack based on an issue event. This is something we are hoping to implement in the future: https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-1336
Depending on the slack APIs you may be able to have slack trigger a custom webhook configured within Automation, but that's only if they provide that ability on their side otherwise you'll have to wait until we get to that further slack integration feature.
