I am the General Manager responsible for the total management of of a project called "Sheikh Hasina Software Technology Park". This is the first hi-tech Park of Bangladesh located in Jashore. 
We have a team of service provision to the users who has invested in ICT sector of the country to develop ICT Industry. Major area of my responsibility of my company Techcity Bangladesh Limited is to provide Operation and Maintenance(OM), Safety and Security, Cleaning, Gardening etc.

I would like to create an automated environment to manage all necessary events for the provision of good service.
