How do I set an automation to trigger only when the child ticket status is done.

I have an automation that will create a 2/3 child ticket upon generating an issue. I would like to send an email once a certain child ticket status is changed to done.

Hi @Kelvin Po Keng Siong 

You need to use Issue Transitioned Trigger and than check issuetype with a condition.
