At any rate, these ones look good:

  Automation Rule - you could start with this and then add additional 
• *Send weekly mail per assignee with issue list

But yeah, there's an official Atlassian document with an example of how to do this for ONE Lookup query:

• Run a rule against issues in bulk 

I think the difficulty you may run into is being able to process MULTIPLE Lookup queries, because there is only ONE {{#lookupIssues}} Smart Value.

However it looks like this might be possible by assigning that as a value in a Lookup Table, as described by the venerable @Bill Sheboy here:
