How can I auto transition my parent ticket as subtasks get completed?

We have set up a new project/workflow, at each status, I have automated subtasks to be created. The number of subtasks varies depending on the Status, anywhere from 1 to 12 of them. There is a field called Task Type that is populated for each one, with the name of that specific Task (this was needed for another tool to leverage, but noting in case helpful here). 

We are hoping to set up automation so that when all the subtasks for the current status are complete the parent automatically transitions it to the next one. Is this possible? And if so, how?

So for example, when the 3 subtasks (gather docs, review reports, upload files) that got created for Inspection status are completed, I want the parent to transition over to audit.
