I currently have a rule set up where the Automation for Jira app messages a channel in Slack when a ticket moves into 'In Progress' stating:
1. the Assignee that transitioned the story
2. as well as the issue number or id.
I'd like for the Jira Slack app to then display the issue info after the Automation for Jira bot posts in the Slack channel.
Is that functionality possible?
