Does anyone know when Atlassian plans to sunset Legacy Automation?

I am asking because we use both Legacy and JIRA Automation in Jira Service Desk (Cloud). Some of the rules we have in our legacy automation relate to automation for Atlas CRM plugin. I did not find that functionality in JIRA Automation. I know the legacy automation page states they will move our rules over when the time comes, but they would not be able to move those rules if the functionality does not exist. The Risk is that our apps would break if the Legacy automation went away before Atlas CRM added their automation to JIRA automation.

I have contacted Atlas CRM support. But I want to make the community aware of this in case any one else is using the Atlas CRM automation for JSD that is only in Legacy Automation.

Here is the link to the JSD automation Atlas CRM incorporated this year.

Fatih here, developer for Atlas CRM.

In the legacy automation we see the following message:

You don’t need to do anything, we’ll move all your rules into Automation for you when Legacy Automation is deprecated in the future.

It is unclear if this will also support automation by apps. We are following what Atlassian is doing and we will definitely look into the new automation is Jira Service Management (formerly known as JSD).

Thank you Faith! Hopefully, no surprises.
