Default Issue created mail template usage with Automation

Edited

Hello togehter,

I am currently thinking about using the default "Issue created" mail template in Jira to implement it in Automation. Normally I would say set the whole developers in the notfication scheme under "Issue created" but in this case this doesn't work for me. We have customer requests build with a specific issuetype. So i would trigger the rule when this issuetype was created and want to inform a specific distributor of people to receive the info about the creation. Now I think the default notification mail of "Issue created" would fit the best as an information.

So is there a possibility to implement this kind of template? Right now I only found the possibility in the Send mail feature to add HTML code as such.

Thanks for your help,

Best

Tobias
