Need help to execute this condition. 

Condition "When a daily work log is more than 8 hours logged by any individual" send an email to "Person Name"

What have you tried thus far to solve this? 

For example, if you have an automation rule please post images of the complete rule (showing your condition) and the audit log details showing the rule execution.  Those will provide context for the community to make suggestions.

If you do not have a rule yet, you could try using the Work Logged trigger and the smart values for {{worklog}} to try this?
