I want to change the comment from the user "Service Desk" to internally if the user updates the ticket with new a comment for e.g. by mail update:
Trigger
Condition
Action
I can't find a action like change the last comment.
Is there a existing workaround?

Unfortunately, Jira automation doesn't support changing comment visibility directly.
However, you can check out the workaround recommended here.
