Can I provide the access to a specific project to an external guest ?

Hello, I'd like to provide the access to a project in jira, without adding him to Jira itself. 

I just want him to see the project and be able to add his tasks.

Hi Sari,

That's not possible. A user must have a Jira license in order to view a project in Jira.
