Automation rule does not display a existed particular epic in drop down list

I have a question in automation rule.
I would like to set a particular epic link selected from drop down list in automation rule.
But an existed particular epic does not display in drop down list.
Please see attached files for details.
STEP1. when an epic link is empty, I want to set a particular epic link.
STEP2. But I could not find a particular epic name in drop down list.
So, please tell me any condition that epic name list are displayed in drop down list.
