Hello everyone,
I am writing a prompt for Rovo Agent which connects to two support board, one for Asian and one for Europe.
I created an automation to send the update of each board via Teams message.
However, Rovo can only send an update for all tickets of these two boards even I already explicit in the prompt that he needs to only focus on Asian Board.
Does anyone have experiences on this ?
