Automation - Email reporter when JIRA status is changed to Done not working
I have created and enabled a simple Automation that is not working.
I am the reporter and also marking this as done, but not receiving an email notification the JIRA is marked as Done.
Any tips?

Change your trigger to Issue transitioned (configure "from any"...or whatever is relevant for the workflow involved, to "Done".
