Hello everyone, this is my first post, so excuse in advance for any inconvenience.
I'm struggling to find a way to raise the Assist app my Slack support channel whenever a new message kicks in. (desired behavior).
Currently, users need to post the message/thread, and then react with the :ticket: emoji, and only then, the Assist app pops up for them to raise their requests.
We used to use Halp Assist, and now we're setting up from ground a Service Project to replace it. The channel that stil use Halp has this behavior of popping up whenever a message kicks in the channel.
Any clues on how I can achieve this same behavior with Jira Servie Project and chat integration with Slack?
