We have synced AD with Jira asset management using LDAP import. And mapped the fields in object type mapping. We are facing some issues.
1. When it is automatically synced with Jira AM the attributes are not getting update. Here it is creating duplicate objects (if any attribute is updated in AD new object is created). To avoid duplication, we have given unique for few attributes. Now duplication is avoided.
2. After added unique we are not getting updated data from AD.
Need help on this to get the updated data. We are using Jira data center.
