We have this ticket which was transitioned from "Pending Customer" to "closed" via automation, we want to know which automation triggered this and close it.
Can we do it?
Good morning. Our Jira has the automation rule runs off to the right in the ticket window. You can see what the recent runs are AND click on the rules to see that their actions are. From there once you figure out what rule caused the action, you can shut off that rule in the project automations.
